New Blogs Everywhere

I've been thinking of keeping a journal lately of all the restaurants that Calvin and I have dinner.  Sometimes I can't remember what we liked or disliked about a place and it would be cool to be able to go back and read about our experience.  Since that really doesn't have anything to do with the MINI other than the fact that we generally let Stella take us there, I decided to start another blog to track our dining adventures.  If you are interested in finding new places to stuff your face or you just wonder what we are willing to try- here it is: Sweet Daisy: Eats

I also wanted to mention that I've added a couple of new MINI blogs in the sidebar to the left.  One is Darth Cooper, owned by a new AtlantaMINIS member.  I was there when Darth was ordered, I took him to get detailed after he got off the truck, and I was there when he went home with his very happy new family.  Now I get to follow his adventures as a fresh new MINI.

Also, be sure to check out Erik808's site- he keeps it up to date with the solo scene in Hawaii.  Every time I think of that, I have to wonder: do they just turn the whole island into an autox course?  guess it depends on which island he lives on....  Anyway- check out his ramblings for a video to see how the really do set up the courses. 

So, as of tomorrow night, I'm off to Little Talladega Saturday for another Phil Wicks Driving School.  YIPPEE!! Pictures and full details to follow next week.  I'm already doing research on what my next set of tires will be, and I'm leaning towards the Toyos that Jim likes so well, but I guess we'll have to wait and see what kind of prices RSpeed has to offer.
